Our North Carolina search for a home in the Wilmington area began in February 2023. My wife Donna and I were fortunate to have met Carole on our first trip there. She has been an incredible asset in assisting us with our search. Very knowledgeable, a perfect mix of professional and personable. We not only purchased a lot in Brunswick Forest with Carole's help but she assisted us in finding the right builder for our home as well. Talk about going the extra mile Carole is also going to help Donna with the new home design selection process. All I can say is wow! If we could give her more than 5 stars we would.

She even helped us to find a realtor to sell our previous home. Her network of contacts is remarkable, and she put us in touch with many services we needed in an area new to us as homeowners.
